MB GET-ID is Mühlbauer‘s modular platform for collecting, verifying and managing personal, biometric and supporting document data across offices, field missions and self-service kiosks. The platform can be adapted from individual device connectivity through to a complete enrollment workflow and can be hosted by Mühlbauer or deployed within the customer‘s own infrastructure.

The workflow engine defines the required steps, validations and biometric categories according to the project or document type. A secure API layer connects the enrollment environment with systems such as national ID platforms, civil registries, visa systems, border control and document issuance systems.

The platform supports end-to-end encryption, secure data storage and role-based access control. Enrollment events, updates and approvals can be logged, monitored and reported to provide accountability across the enrollment environment.
MB GET-ID can be hosted on secure cloud platforms or deployed within the customer‘s own infrastructure, with secure API connections to registries, visa and border-control systems.
The platform also supports offline processing, allowing enrollment activities to continue when the central server is temporarily unavailable and synchronizing the data once connectivity is restored.
