Code of Conduct
for ethical, fair and legal conduct
Responsible and lawful action is an essential prerequisite for sustainable business development. For this reason, the Muehlbauer Group has developed a Code of Conduct which sums up our binding principes and rules and which is generally valid for every employee of the Muehlbauer Group.
The primary aim is securing that no infringements of legal provisions are committed on the part of Muehlbauer Group. Muehlbauer does not tolerate illegal or non-compliant behavior and expects its employees to act according to the ethical and legal principles of the Code of Conduct.
Muehlbauer has always been considered as reliable and responsible partner of integrity. The Code of Conduct helps to protect this reputation in the future.

Legally compliant trade and responsibility towards people and the environment have always been important to the Muehlbauer Group. They are not only laid down in our Code of Conduct, but are also part of our DNA and a self-evident basis for our business activities, which our employees are required to observe and to which our partners are also committed. However, respect for human rights and environmental standards must not remain a commitment, but is understood at Muehlbauer as a process that must be constantly reviewed, scrutinised and improved, both in our own business area and along our global supply chain.
From 01 January 2024, the requirements of the German Supply Chain Sustainability Act (LkSG) will apply to the Muehlbauer Group and give us the additional impetus to once again become aware of our social responsibility, to put our previous processes and measures to the test, to ensure further improvement of these, but above all to intensify our efforts to enforce compliance with environmental and social standards consistently and without gaps, also with the suppliers of the Muehlbauer Group.
