CS 8000

The CS 8000 is an automatic card inspection / verification and sorting system that is adaptable to individual customer requirements.  An automatic, self-learning vision process for unknown / new product designs enables user-friendly operation without additional specialized training. Additional and individually configurable processes allow flexible inspection / verification of already personalized and / or blank card bodies to sort them into different output trays. These machines can be used in both governmental and industrial production areas. A specially developed software allows the logging of the inspected / verified products either without or with connection to MB MCES (personalization management system) and customer database. With a UPH of up to 8000 cards per hour, the CS 8000 is the basis, for a solid process flow in your production / personalization area and supports the reduction of human influences.
