We are currently seeing continued growth in hydrogen technology for stationary and mobile energy applications. Mühlbauer sees great opportunities for eMobility through the use of fuel cells to decarbonize heavy-duty transport infrastructures such as trucks - but also passenger cars that need to maintain long-distance capability. For this reason, the automation of fuel cell production lines is one of the most important areas of development at Mühlbauer. As the handling of very sensitive and flexible substrates is one of the key competencies of our company, we have developed a fully automated membrane electrode assembly line for continuous high-speed fuel cell production. Our partners may expect high speed, assembly accuracy and high throughput.
