Whereas the offered hardware stands for best productivity, our information technology system perfectly synchronized all the production processes ensuring maximum effectivity. We therefore developed the production management system MB INCAPE (Integrated Card Personalization Execution System) which supports operators as well as supervisors.
MB INCAPE is a flexible software system for highly automated production processes for memory cards, smart cards and eIDs. It consists of several services to operate and manage the production and personalization of documents. Moreover it is a highly-scalable and reliable software system based on web technologies (application server, web clients) and features:
- Computer aided production management
- Holistic production monitoring and statistics
- Integrated material management and material tracking
- Standardized interfaces for external systems to easily connect to the production and material management and exchange relevant data
