NEW: Automatic Incoming Goods System

The Automatic Incoming Goods System offers the possibility to do a fully automatic check of component rolls, trays, boxes, dry packs or bulk goods boxes for existing data, relevant for the traceability.

NEW: Oflline Laser Line

With the new Offline Laser Line ROMMEL realizes the combination of several new and individually designed, but internally connected machines to create a system which is able to mark homogeneous batches offline. Therefore Rommel developed a closed line system which ensures that the batch of boards remains the same.

NEW: Vision & Mark Inline System

With the automated Vision and Mark Inline System various different products can be tested and marked in one single system without any operator-intervention. The fast product change-over is fully automatic.

Labeling stations

Labeling stations are used to precisely apply labels of a size of up to 5x5 mm in a production and/or marking line. The issues of productivity, process reliability and cycle time are taken into account on the basis of various solutions.

Scan stations

The scan stations serve for reading 1D or 2D codes in a production line. In this line, the scanner tape is positioned before any machine which is provided with the information read. The systems are equipped with a scanner holder by default.

Laser marking stations

The laser marking systems offers the possibility to integrate different laser technologies for marking different materials according to customer requirements.
