CARDMAIL 1500

Description

Mühlbauer’s in-house developed card mailing system CARDMAIL 1500 is a fully automated, cost-effective solution for card delivery. The machine is suitable as in-line-integrated solution (linked to a card personalization system like Mühlbauer SCOPE lines) or stand-alone system.

Mühlbauer’s CARDMAIL 1500 is a modular solution, able to work with various carrier printers to create individual letters as well as handling simplex/duplex page printing. Cards can be identified before the attachment in different ways.

A key benefit is the high flexibility regarding fixing of the card by glue (e.g. hot melt or label dispensing), enclosure of attachments and folding of the carriers.

Due to its standardized modules the CARDMAIL 1500 convinces with a very competitive price at minimum footprint and highest yield. All Mühlbauer CARDMAIL lines collaborate with the Open Universal Personalization Platform Mühlbauer MCES as well as the production & personalization management system Mühlbauer INCAPE.
